Marine Projects All new digital process!!

121 N. Ohio ave. Fremont OH 43420 US

MR Canvas and Upholstery is one of the first marine fabricators in NW Ohio and the South Lake Erie shore to use Photos along with CAD to fabricate marine enclosures/covers digitally. The process is simple. We take pictures of your boat. Then we process those pictures to create a wireframe which is then transferred to our CAD program where we begin to build your canvas. After we build the canvas in our CAD program we send the patterns to our CNC material cutter to cut out the material (see video above of our CNC machine cutting out 30 ga Strataglass). Then we sew the pieces together and it's ready to install. What does all this mean for you? Here are some of the benefits with digitally designed canvas projects:

  1. Less time for us on your boat. Most projects are started and finished with only 2 visits. That means more time for you on the water!
  2. Faster turn around times once projects are started.
  3. Projects are stored in our database
  4. No need to pattern again should you get any kind of damage done to your enclosure/cover.
  5. Replacement pieces can be made quickly to support you long after your project is done!
  6. Great fit and finish!

Here are a few examples of projects we've done for the marine industry. Some are digital some are conventional. The quality and pride we put into these projects are easily seen. We have thorough conversations with our clients on design so we're sure to deliver a product that meets and exceeds the clients expectations.  We work on client's projects as if they were our own boats. Give us an opportunity to show you our quality and pride on your next project. Contact us today for an estimate! 567-314-0227
